There is a wide range of speed regulating of DC motor, and it is beyond comparison with others motors especially in low speed running ,With a smooth speed regulating, a strong overload capacity ,a fairly large of thermo moving and braking torque ,DC motor is widely used in places where require high performance for speed regulating.
This control board has the silicon controlling trigger mode , making it more accurate and reliable, According to the international standard and absorbing advanced technology and experience ,this completely avoids the disadvantage of the former types like low speed rate and small torque at low speed coving the true characteristics of DC motor .Meanwhile this board has been greatly improve in technology, which can make a motor obtain a closed loop result even under the condition of the speed open-loop, showing a low speed property of DC motor obviously. And it has such function as voltage negative –feedback, current negative feedback overflowing soft protection and a soft stating and so on ,its running performance is steady and reliable ,and the temperature compensation function is steady
It comes to the essential solution for the tension control of coiling device, which can be divided into two methods of tension control: machinery type and electrical type ,among which the machinery type depends on the sliding function of a friction slider or other sliding or other sliding or other sliding devices to control the tension ,this method is less sensitive and the preset value of the tension varies 2-3 times ,An electric control type depends on the regulation of the current (torque )、voltage （rotation rate）to perform a tension control ,which is more accurate and simpler in its structure ,but its control system to perform constant tension reeling ion and out according to diameter varies of coil disc, through control system automatic adjust the armature voltage of motor and current increasing to make the rotation rate of the disc and torque change automatically, maintaining the same coiling linear speed with an obvious result.
This board is widely used in plastic machinery ,food machinery ,cable machinery ,machinery processing , paper making ,printing ,test equipment ,chemical laboratory equipment and stirring equipment and so on .the coiling tension and speed can be controlled via open loop or closed loop combined with displacement controller.
