RY-CTFY series corona processor provides you an entirely new solution of preprinting process for plastic film .The special pulse
density modulation control equivalent circuit resonant inverse design can make the AC output terminal produce square wave voltage
or zero level voltage within certain power regulation period ,thus even a corona discharge has a strong non liner load p,it can also
control power output within a wide range ,performing functions of locking phase,switch softening and power regulation,completing with
perfect multi route protection circuit ,making the whole corona processor liable and steady ,the product uses a microcomputer for power
regulating and digits display ,it's easy in operation and understanding and meeting the requirements for strong or weak treatment.
RY-CTFY Series split corona processor must be used with GBF series semi-closed discharge frame,The ignition coil setted into the discharge frame and avoid the long lead appearing ionizing phenomenon ,
so make sure safety and energy conservation.With the functions of no material and broken film stop working so that avoid the rubber
roll stalling and spark impact the same parts damaging rubber roll.
Note:The corona equipment is high voltage high power supply,for security ,all series of the equipment must be
installed ground wire.
